At Indy Smokehouse BBQ, all the mouth-watering food is prepared on two 18 1/2 inch WSMs (Weber Smokey Mountain Cookers)
and on one Char-Griller Smokin Pro offset smoker. The WSM is primarily for cooking larger cuts of meat like Pork Shoulder
and Beef Brisket, while the Smokin Pro is used for Ribs, Chicken and indirect and direct grilling.
