My Bahamas Vacation!

Hello Everyone!

I have been away for a while and it feels good to be  back.  Lots of things have taken place in my life this summer; some good – others not so good, but it all balances out to be the best summer of my life.  My good days have certainly outweighed my bad days so, I won’t complain! :)

For my 45th birthday, my wife and long-time sweetheart took me on a cruise to the Bahamas!  I have always wanted to go on a cruise but have not had a chance to due to other priorities like – taking care of five children!  So, now that the kiddies are all young adult age and higher, it is now our chance to live “La Vida Loca”!

I have to give many thanks to my dear wife who gave me the gift and trip of a life time.  I love you sweetie!

All My Children!

Ok, I could not be a happier father! I have been so incredibly blessed that I cannot believe it. My youngest (Ebony) just graduated from HS and is going to Ball State University in the Fall. Below is a picture of all my children… All whom I love beyond measure and have been the driving force in my life. From left to right they are Chere (Twin #1 – IU Student and future Psychologist), Quentin (My oldest son and IU Kinesiology graduate and “Omega Man!”), Ebony (My youngest – the published writer on her way to BSU), Andrea (Twin #2 – IU Student and Criminal Justice major) and Anthony (My youngest son and accomplished musician – this dude is HOT!!!… watch out Hollywood!). With a crew like this, I feel like I am already in heaven! Keep up the great work gang!! I love you all more deeply than you can ever imagine!

She Still Likes Me!

This is my sweet wife of 22 years. We still kinda like each other sometimes so we get to take shots like this occassionally! :) We are just getting out of our youngest daughter’s final HS show choir performance. It was a really great time and the show was great!

Food Safety Certification!

I am in the process of building my credentials for the food service industry. Part of that process includes the ServSafe food handler certification offered by the Restaurant & Hospitality Association of Indiana. I have plans to own a semi-upscale BBQ restaurant in Indianapolis. My plans include vending to the Indianapolis community and establishing a presence and hopefully faithful clientèle who will support my restaurant while it grows to become a huge success.

I would advise anyone who desires to cater, vend or even service small backyard parties and events to consider this certification or an equivalent certification in your area.
